Chairman’s Welcome Letter
Fellow Republicans,
I’m excited to invite you to Winnemucca for the 2021 NRCC Fall Meeting and Officer Elections on
October 16, 2021 at the Boys & Girls Club of Winnemucca!
Extraordinary times require extraordinary effort. I’m sure none of us thought our nation and state would
go through the crisis, turmoil, and challenge of these past months: the ‘pandemic’, mandated lockdowns
and quarantine, record unemployment and economic dislocation, election fraud and heavy-handed
government overreach that one would not think possible in the United States of America. In the face of
all this, the Nevada Republican Party and its Executive Board are actively fighting to respect, retain and
regain our beleaguered Constitutional Rights.
Since we last met in April, the Nevada Republican Party and staff coordinated priorities and action with
the Republican Caucuses to continue the fight against bad bills during the waning days of the virtual
2021 Legislative Session and lead an army of volunteers to participate in public testimony that
influenced the scope and impact of many bills. Election Integrity, a focus of energy and action the first
half of the year, is still a key priority and I, along with, National Committeewoman Fiore and
Committeeman DeGraffenreid, are continuing to coordinate with the RNC and other states’ leadership
for actions that expose the fraud and drive reform – especially here in Nevada. The Battleborn
Candidate College we’ve created is in full swing with over 40 participants already graduated and many
more signed up to complete the program by year end. And lastly – but certainly not least – your
Executive Director and Executive Board members have been meeting with the Leadership of each
County Party for the R.I.S.E. Program. This program is based on County Party’s unique plans and
objectives for the 2022 election cycle specific State Party resource support opportunities are
highlighted.
I am truly inspired and heartened with the progress we’ve made despite societal upheaval and am
looking forward to our meeting in Winnemucca in October so we can discuss details. More importantly,
let’s Get Together and Turn the Tide! Energize! Galvanize! GET NEVADA RED AGAIN !
Attached is all the information that you need for the meeting, including times and locations, info on
nominations, lodging info, etc. If you have any other questions, please contact us at

Sincerely looking forward to getting together again,
Michael J. McDonald
